Digital Collective is a consulting studio that solves the tough problems for AAA studios and other game tech companies. Our growing team has decades of experience in AAA video game development building and leading large projects.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to work with us on exciting initiatives with reputable industry partners. We offer full-time employment in the US and Canada, and can contract worldwide.

Your DNA

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong C# skills
• A desire to explore new projects and solve tough problems

Bonus Points

• Backend service development
• Experience in the game industry
• Unity or Unreal Engine experience a plus
• Good communication - proactive about unblocking yourself, asking questions, and navigating obstacles with a team.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
